You have total control over every function: this data is fully manageable and can be reset at any time by the operator, ensuring maximum flexibility and precision for every production batch or batch programming requirement.
PROGRAMMABLE PUMP OPERATION
Thanks to our advanced liquid programming module, you have absolute control over the volumes moved. The system allows you to directly set the exact amount of fluid to be transferred simply by selecting the required number of litres.
The intelligent software manages the batch programming in total autonomy and, the pump can be stopped precisely and automatically once the job is complete. This advanced management ensures maximum operational accuracy for every production batch, optimising processes without the need for continuous supervision.
CONTROL CONNECT CRYON
Cryon is designed to communicate externally via RS-485, supporting all major communication protocols. All data collected by the on-board sensors can be sent to your plant’s central management system in real time.
This continuous flow of information includes instant performance analysis, diagnostic alarms, and timely alerts regarding maintenance needs.
The pump is also capable of receiving external work instructions, allowing you to fully remote-control not only the liquid programming function but also critical safety protocols.
For example, in the event of a leak detection alarm, such as a diaphragm rupture, this is detected via the PLC, allowing the operator to monitor the status and automatically stop the pump.
This effectively transforms your pump into an intelligent node that is perfectly integrated within your production network, preventing costly damage and sudden downtime.

The HMI, has been designed for extremely easy replacement, perfectly aligning with our philosophy where components can be swapped effortlessly without removing the pump from the line.
